T. Scott Galloway, has practiced law since 1994 and is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the current chair of the Oakland County Bar Association Real Estate Committee, and a court appointed mediator for the Oakland County Circuit Court.
Throughout his career, Galloway has repeatedly been recognized by his peers as a top real estate attorney in DBusiness, SuperLawyers, and Leading Lawyers magazines. He is active in the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors (GMAR) and the Birmingham-Bloomfield Women’s Council of Realtors. Galloway is a regular speaker on brokerage law, real estate contracts, landlord tenant law, and boundary line disputes.

Mr. Galloway is a former two-time Mayor Pro Tem and three term Councilperson for the City of Ferndale. Scott is a lifetime member of the Sierra Club and in his free time, enjoys home improvement projects, gardening, cooking, camping and bicycling.
